NOVELTY - The method involves fixing a pre-fabricated micro-electrode chip on a connecting device. A micro-electrode chip is fixed on the connecting device. The connecting device is connected with an electrochemical working station. The electrochemical working station is arranged before detecting. The micro-electrode chip is connected with a counter electrode and a working electrode. Graphene modifying treatment is pre-processed to an electrode. Bismuth film modification treatment is pre-processed to a working electrode. An I-V curve is measured by the electrochemical working station. Type and concentration of heavy metal ion in the water solution is judged according to the peak value of the voltage and current of the I-V curve. USE - Heavy metal ion detecting method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting the type and concentration of the heavy metal ion under very low concentration condition, reducing measurable sample volume, detecting heavy metal ion in simple manner, and improving selectivity of the target metal ion. The method enables reducing corrosion of an electrode surface and retention time of a coating film, and improving heavy metal ion detection performance.
