NOVELTY - Preparing weather-resistant nylon composite material, involves (a) using adipic acid, hexamethylene diamine and 1,5-pentamethylenetetetrahydro-1,5,5-(pentamethylamine) in a mol ratio of 1: 0.7-0.8: 0.8 as raw materials, and polymerizing to obtain polyamide, (b) uniformly mixing nano-zirconium oxide and graphene in mass ratio of 2-3:1-3 to obtain filler, and (c) finally mixing the polyamide and the filler uniformly to obtain a mixed material, and extruding the mixed material by a double-screw rod to obtain the nylon compound material. USE - Method for preparing weather-resistant nylon composite material used in manufacturing fishing nets (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides weather resistant nylon composite material with high strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and ultraviolet resistance, good stability, and has a certain ultraviolet absorption capability, and greatly prolongs the service life of the fishing net.
