▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Transferring rosin resin onto graphene, involves dissolving rosin resin in an organic solvent, coating the surface of graphene grown on a metal foil substrate, heating and curing the graphene to obtain a rosin/graphene/metal foil composite. The metal foil is removed by an etching or separating the rosin/graphene composite from the metal foil by an electrochemical stripping method and then repeatedly washed to obtain a rosin/graphene composite. USE - Method for transferring rosin resin onto graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to transfer rosin resin onto graphene for preparing transparent conductive film with high cleanliness while maintaining good integrity and excellent photoelectric performance, and that is widely used in transparent electrodes of organic light-emitting diodes, organic solar cells or perovskite solar cell optoelectronic devices. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Transferring rosin resin onto graphene, involves dissolving rosin resin in an organic solvent, coating the surface of graphene grown on a metal foil substrate, heating and curing the graphene to obtain a rosin/graphene/metal foil composite. The metal foil is removed by an etching or separating the rosin/graphene composite from the metal foil by an electrochemical stripping method and then repeatedly washed to obtain a rosin/graphene composite. The rosin/graphene composite is transferred onto the target substrate, and the water between the graphene and the target substrate is removed by heat treatment to tightly bond the rosin/graphene to the target substrate. The alkali solution dissolves rosin coating, and then washed and dried to remove the rosin to complete the graphene transfer process.
