NOVELTY - Preparing graphene foam rectifying tower packing comprises e.g. using 50 ml graphene oxide slurry, ultrasonic vibration treatment for 30 minutes, performing magnetic stirring, liquid moving gun for extracting with 7 ml Tween-80 (RTM: Polysorbate 80)/ethanol mixed solution into the graphene oxide solution, uniformly mixing the solution, continuously stirring for 10 minutes, adding the mixed solution into 100 ml polyfluortetraethylene stainless steel reaction kettle, the metal frame for rectifying padding structure into the reaction kettle at 180 degrees C at constant solvent thermal reaction. USE - The graphene foam rectifying tower packing is useful for large catalysis micro-reactor. ADVANTAGE - The tower packing: has strong transfer ability; and pressure drop of grapheme filler can be reduced to 1/3 of traditional filler. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene foam rectifying tower packing comprises (i) using 50 ml graphene oxide slurry, ultrasonic vibration treatment for 30 minutes, performing magnetic stirring, liquid moving gun for extracting 7 ml Tween-80 (RTM: Polysorbate 80)/ethanol mixed solution into the graphene oxide solution, uniformly mixing the solution, continuously stirring for 10 minutes, and (ii) adding the mixed solution into 100 ml polyfluortetraethylene stainless steel reaction kettle, the metal frame for rectifying padding structure into the reaction kettle at 180 degrees C at constant solvent thermal reaction for 6 hours, taking in embedded metal frame structure of a gel block, vacuum freezing and drying to obtain the three-dimensional graphene foam, rectifying tower packing in embedded metal frame structure.
