NOVELTY - An anti-corrosion nano-coating comprises 70-80 pts. wt. water, 15-25 pts. wt. water glass colloid solution, 2-8 pts. wt. nano zinc oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. nano magnesium oxide and 15-25 pts. wt. nano graphene. USE - Anti-corrosion nano-coating. ADVANTAGE - The nano-coating improves the corrosion resistance and durability of fasteners. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the anticorrosive nano-coating, which involves preparing water glass colloid solution using alkali solution and silane by sol-gel method, adding the water glass colloid solution to water, adding nano-graphene, mixing, adding nano-magnesium oxide and nano-zinc oxide to mixed solution, stirring to form nano-coating, sandblasting the surface of the fastener, using compressed air to spray the nano-coating on the surface of the fastener, performing air spraying treatment, leaving still and solidifying for 24 hours, and calcining at 350-370 degrees C for 5-7 hours in oven.
