NOVELTY - The method comprises (i) loading the catalyst for preparing spiral carbon fiber in the three-dimensional foam to obtain the load catalyst; (ii) placing the load catalyst in the reaction container, introducing inert gas into the reaction container to discharge the air in the reaction container, introducing carbon source gas, raising the temperature in the reaction container to the temperature of carbon source gas decomposition, introducing inert gas and cooling to obtain the spiral carbon fiber; (iii) dispersing the graphene or graphene oxide in water to obtain suspension, immersing the spiral carbon fiber in the suspension, drying, heating the dried solid, keeping the temperature and removing the three-dimensional foam on the load catalyst to obtain graphene/spiral carbon fiber; and (iv) adding the graphene/spiral carbon fiber into the epoxy resin and raising the temperature, vacuumizing the epoxy resin completely wetting graphene/spiral carbon fibre, continuously heating and curing. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/spiral carbon fiber/epoxy resin composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent mechanical property and conductive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene/spiral carbon fibre/epoxy resin composite material comprises (i) loading the catalyst for preparing spiral carbon fiber in the three-dimensional foam to obtain the load catalyst; (ii) placing the load catalyst in the reaction container, introducing inert gas into the reaction container to discharge the air in the reaction container, introducing carbon source gas, raising the temperature in the reaction container to the temperature of carbon source gas decomposition, and keeping the temperature for 20-60 minutes, introducing inert gas to replace the redundant carbon source gas and cooling to obtain the spiral carbon fiber; (iii) dispersing the graphene or graphene oxide in water to obtain suspension, immersing the spiral carbon fiber in the suspension, drying, heating the dried solid to 900-1200degrees Celsius, keeping the temperature for 1-6 hours, and removing the three-dimensional foam on the load catalyst to obtain graphene/spiral carbon fiber; and (iv) adding the graphene/spiral carbon fiber into the epoxy resin and raising the temperature to 90-130degrees Celsius, vacuumizing the epoxy resin completely wetting graphene/spiral carbon fibre, continuously heating to 140-180degrees Celsius and curing for 3-10 hours to obtain the graphene/spiral carbon fibre/epoxy resin composite material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene/spiral carbon fiber/epoxy resin composite material.
