▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A star-shaped polyamide is prepared by (1) adding dianhydride as initiator or amide exchanger to organic solvent, ultrasonically processing at 60-80 degrees C for 1-2 hours, obtaining dianhydride solution, (2) adding the dianhydride solution obtained in step (1) to reaction system for preparing polyamide, and performing pre-polymerization, mid-polymerization or post-polymerization at 140-160 degrees C for 3-5 hours. The dianhydride is added in an amount of 0.5-10% with respect to the weight of the polymerized monomer. USE - Star-shaped polyamide used to prepare fluorescent materials, polyamide modifiers and carbon material solubilizers (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The star-shaped polyamide uses dianhydride, which improves the performance of polyamide. The star-shaped polyamide provides fluorescent materials, polyamide modifiers and carbon material solubilizers with excellent performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (i) use of star-shaped polyamide to prepare fluorescent materials, polyamide modifiers and carbon material solubilizers. The polyamide modifier is used as a lubricant to reduce the viscosity of the polyamide and make the polyamide have higher fluidity. The carbon material solubilizer improves the compatibility of the carbon material and the polyamide matrix interface; (ii) usage of the star-shaped polyamide to prepared polyamide modifier, which involves blending the star-shaped polyamide and polyamide with a twin-screw extruder in a weight ratio of 30-50:50-70 at 230-260 degrees C, and granulating by a granulator to obtain polyamide modifier; (iii) usage of the star-shaped polyamide to prepared fluorescent material, which involves adding additives to the polyamide modifier and glass fiber in a weight ratio of 60-80:20-40, blending with a twin screw extruder at 230-260 degrees C, and granulating by a granulator to obtain fluorescent material. The additive is KH-550 (RTM: gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane). The additive is added in an amount of 2-8% with respect to the weight of the glass fiber; and (iv) usage of the star-shaped polyamide to prepared carbon material solubilizer, which involves combining star polyamide with polyamide and carbon materials in a weight ratio of 5-10:50-75:20-40, using twin screw extruder for blending at 230-260 degrees C, and granulating by a granulator to obtain carbon material solubilizer.
