NOVELTY - The method involves obtaining graphene water dispersion hemoglobin aqueous solution. A surface of a negatively charged electrode is soaked in hemoglobin solution to realize piranha reagent treatment. A rear graphite alkene treatment electrode is soaked in the hemoglobin aqueous solution. De-ionized water amount is calculated. A graphene/hemoglobin composite film electrode is obtained. USE - Graphene/hemoglobin composite film electrode preparing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simplifying graphene/hemoglobin composite film electrode preparing process with better sensitivity, high repeatability and high stability and reducing manufacturing cost.
