NOVELTY - Preparing antibacterial antistatic graphene polyester spinning color masterbatch comprises e. g. (i) taking 0.5-15 wt.% S type high temperature disperse dye, 0.3-4 wt.% graphene oxide powder, 5-10 wt.% dispersant, 0.1-2 wt.% thickening agent, 0.05-2 wt.% de-foaming agent and balance of water, placing in a shear-dispersing mixer and dispersing to obtain homogeneous mixture, injecting the homogeneous mixture into a ceramic nano- grinder for vacuum grinding, grinding into 300 nm, and stopping the grinding to obtain graphene dye color paste; (ii) adding the graphene dye color paste and the natural polyester into a high-speed kneader in the ratio of 1:4-10, heating and kneading to modify the coloring, and mixing at 170-230 degrees C to form colored polyester mixture; and (iii) smelting and co-extruding the colored polyester mixture in a twin-screw extruder, melting at 190-280 degrees C, at 120-380 revolutions/minute and processing into colored polyester melt by melt coloring. USE - The method is useful for preparing antibacterial antistatic graphene polyester spinning color masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and controllable and ensures water washing-resistant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing antibacterial antistatic graphene polyester spinning color masterbatch comprises (i) taking 0.5-15 wt.% S type high temperature disperse dye, 0.3-4 wt.% graphene oxide powder, 5-10 wt.% dispersant, 0.1-2 wt.% thickening agent, 0.05-2 wt.% de-foaming agent and balance of water, placing in a shear-dispersing mixer and dispersing to obtain homogeneous mixture, injecting the homogeneous mixture into a ceramic nano- grinder for vacuum grinding, grinding into 300 nm, and stopping the grinding to obtain graphene dye color paste; (ii) adding the graphene dye color paste and the natural polyester into a high-speed kneader in the ratio of 1:4-10, heating and kneading to modify the coloring, and mixing at 170-230 degrees C to form colored polyester mixture; (iii) smelting and co-extruding the colored polyester mixture in a twin-screw extruder, melting at 190-280 degrees C, at 120-380 revolutions/minute and processing into colored polyester melt by melt coloring; (iv) smelting and co-extruding the colored polyester melt by a screw machine, drawing, water cooling, pelletizing, drying and packaging.
