NOVELTY - Preparing hydrophilic coating with high firmness, comprises (i) mixing sodium silicate, graphene oxide, solvent, urea, and styrene-acrylic emulsion, aging, centrifuging, filtering, drying and roasting to obtain hollow silica particles ball, (ii) mixing hollow silica microspheres, vinyltrimethoxysilane, tetraethyl orthosilicate and solvent, reacting, filtering, washing and drying to obtain modified hollow silica microspheres with carbon-carbon double bonds on the surface, (iii) mixing modified hollow silica microspheres with carbon-carbon double bonds on the surface, 4,3',5'-trihydroxyresveratrol, butyl acrylate and solvent, adding azobisisobutyronitrile to react, adding water, filtering and drying to obtain block polymer grafted with silica microspheres, and (iv) mixing the block polymer grafted with silica microspheres, pentylene glycol diacrylate, initiator and solvent to obtain spraying liquid, spraying the spraying liquid onto the surface of the substrate, and solidifying. USE - The method is useful for preparing hydrophilic coating with high firmness. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the hydrophilic performance of the coating and the firmness of the coating and the substrate.
