NOVELTY - Preparing high toughness and high wear resistance epoxy composite coating comprises e.g. (1) preparing aqueous solution of isopropyl titanate, adding sodium hydroxide solution until mixed solution becomes white, performing ultrasound stirring, centrifuging, suction filtering, and drying in an oven to obtain powder A, (2) adding powder A to mixed solution of ethanol and water, performing ultrasonic dispersion and stirring until uniform, adding dispersant polyvinylpyrrolidone and silane coupling agent, carrying out ultrasonication, heating and stirring, centrifuging, washing, suction filtering, and oven drying to obtain powder B, (3) adding powder B into aqueous solution and mixing with graphene oxide aqueous solution, heating and stirring until uniform, centrifuging, washing, filtering, and drying in oven to obtain powder C, (4) adding powder C to ethanol solution, adding defoamer and curing agent to mixed solution, and scraping mixed solution on substrate, solidifying and forming. USE - The method is useful for preparing high toughness and high wear resistance epoxy composite coating, which is useful in field of high molecular coating. ADVANTAGE - The method is mild, scientific and reasonable, accurate and convenient, has large achievement transformation potential, easy to prepare large scale high toughness, and high wear-resistant nano composite coating, and has wide application range.
