▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Processing of graphene-enhanced polyurethane sole involves stir-mixing sodium lignosulfonate, polyether polyol, catalyst, ultrapure water and additive, adding silicon carbide, composite modified lignin and sulfonic acid-modified graphene aerogel, stirring, adding isocyanate, continuously stirring to obtain polyurethane prepolymer, washing fresh lotus leaves with deionized water for later use, mixing polydimethylsiloxane and dibutyl phthalate, vacuuming to obtain polydimethylsiloxane mixture, coating the polydimethylsiloxane mixture on the surface of lotus leaf, heating and curing, peeling off the lotus leaf to obtain a polydimethylsiloxane mold with reverse structure of lotus leaf, performing plasma treatment on mold, taking out and leaving still, placing the polyurethane prepolymer into the mold for foaming, molding, separating from the polydimethylsiloxane mold, and curing. USE - Processing of graphene-enhanced polyurethane sole (claimed) for sports shoes. ADVANTAGE - The prepared graphene-enhanced polyurethane sole has excellent antifouling and antibacterial properties, and excellent flame retardance.
