The graphene is arranged at the center position of polymethyl methacrylate waveguide as fundamental mode filter, and at edge of the polymethyl methacrylate waveguide as first-order mode filter. USE - Graphene-based lithium niobate thin film broadband mode filter for integrated photonic-mode multiplex device. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based lithium niobate thin film broadband mode filter has compact structure, excellent broadband filtering effect and high mode extinction ratio.
