▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-based lithium niobate thin film broadband mode filter comprises silicon substrate layer, silicon dioxide layer, lithium niobate film, graphene and polymethyl methacrylate waveguide arranged in order from bottom to top. The graphene is arranged at the center position of polymethyl methacrylate waveguide as fundamental mode filter, and at edge of the polymethyl methacrylate waveguide as first-order mode filter. USE - Graphene-based lithium niobate thin film broadband mode filter for integrated photonic-mode multiplex device. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based lithium niobate thin film broadband mode filter has compact structure, excellent broadband filtering effect and high mode extinction ratio.
