▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of flame-retardant anti-dripping polyester fibers involves mixing a phosphorus-based flame retardant and graphene oxide under certain conditions to obtain a flame-retardant anti-dripping agent, mixing terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol, adding flame-retardant anti-dripping agent, performing in-situ polymerization to obtain a polyester matrix, and melt-spinning the polyester matrix. USE - Manufacture of flame-retardant anti-dripping polyester fibers e.g. partially-oriented-yarn fibers, drawn-textured-yarn fibers, and fully-drawn-yarn fibers (all claimed) used for clothing, sports products, and leisure products. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of polyester fibers with excellent flame retardance, anti-dripping property, and dispersion property.
