▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nano-thermal cold-light shadow leather comprises a surface layer, a base layer and an adhesive layer. The surface layer comprises 80-120 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin , 30-50 pts. wt. plasticizer , 30-50 pts. wt. filler , 3-5 pts. wt. heat-resistant stabilizer , 0-3 pts. wt. pigment , 10-20 pts. wt. flame retardant , 1-5 pts. wt. graphene dispersion , 1-5 pts. wt. flow modifier, and 80-120 pts. wt. base layer. The base layer is made of nano-grade superfine fiber base cloth. The adhesive layer comprises 100-150 pts. wt. polyurethane resin , 30-40 pts. wt. pigment and 1-5 pts. wt. graphene dispersion. USE - Nanometer heat-cold light shadow synthetic leather. ADVANTAGE - The surface of the synthetic leather exhibits different shadow effects under different illumination, improves the esthetic property of the synthetic leather and increases the application range of the synthetic leather. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing nano thermal and cold light shadow leather, which comprises (A) weighing the corresponding weight of polyvinyl chloride resin, plasticizer, filler, heat-resistant stabilizer, pigment, and resistance according to the weight of the surface layer, mixing at 110-130 degrees C for 100-200s, adding alkene dispersion liquid to the inside of the mixed liquid and stirring to obtain a surface layer mixed slurry; (B) weighing the polyurethane resin and pigment corresponding to the weight according to the weight of the bonding layer, and then stirring the weighed raw materials at 120-130 degrees C, for 200-300 s, after the mixing is completed, adding the graphene dispersion in advance to the inside of the mixed liquid and stirring to obtain the adhesive layer mixed slurry; and (C) putting the semi-finished product inside the embossing machine, and performing different temperature control treatments on the designed pattern through infrared temperature control, so as to form a change in color depth, and after the embossing is completed, introducing cooling liquid into the embossing roller to cool and shaping the finished hot and cold light and shadow leather, and finally restoring the flatness of the finished product.
