NOVELTY - The sensor (100) has a first electrode portion (120) that is formed on a substrate (110). A second electrode portion (130) is electrically connected to the first electrode portion. A connecting portion (140) is configured to electrically connect the first electrode portion and the second electrode portion. The first electrode portion includes graphene quantum dots which are formed by a printing process. A cover portion (150) is configured on the first electrode portion. The cover portion is provided with an opening (152) to expose a portion of the first electrode portion. USE - Fluid detection sensor. ADVANTAGE - Since the first electrode portion is provided with graphene quantum dot, the sensor sensitivity to the target gas or the target liquid is compared to the sensor containing graphene or graphene oxide, so that a variety of materials is detected. The first electrode portion, second electrode portion and connecting portion are integrally formed with graphene quantum dots, so that the change in resistance caused by the target gas or the target liquid is sensitively detected. Hence the sensor sensitivity is improved. The graphene quantum dots having a smaller size than graphene or graphene oxide are formed at a precise position by a simple process such as inkjet printing so that the electrode portion including graphene quantum dots is formed in a desired pattern.
