▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene oxide complex nanofiltration membrane modified by borate intercalation is prepared by modifying graphene oxide using borate as intercalation molecule and then connecting the modified graphene oxide with the hydrolyzed polypropylene cyanide membrane through polyethyleneimine to obtain a complex nanofiltration membrane, where the borate is sodium tetraborate or potassium tetraborate. USE - As graphene oxide complex nanofiltration membrane modified by borate intercalation. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide complex nanofiltration membrane uses borate as an inorganic covalent crosslinking agent to intercalate and modify layered graphene oxide nanosheets, increases the distance between graphene oxide layers before film formation and solves the environmental pollution problem of organic small molecule intercalation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing the complex nanofiltration membrane, which involves (a) immersing the polypropylene cyanide membrane in a sodium hydroxide solution, allowing to stand and washing to obtain a hydrolyzed polypropylene cyanide membrane, where the concentration of the sodium hydroxide solution is 0.5-2 mol/l, (b) immersing the hydrolyzed polypropylene membrane in a polyethyleneimine solution, standing still, and washing to obtain a base membrane, where the concentration of the polyethyleneimine solution is 0.5-2 g/l, (c) adding graphene oxide to deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion, then adding the borate and shaking to obtain a borate intercalation modified graphene oxide solution, where the concentration of graphene oxide 0.1-2 g/l and the concentration of borate is 0.1-2 g/l, and (d) immersing the base membrane in the borate intercalation modified graphene oxide solution, allowing to stand, washing and drying to obtain product.
