DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a conductive silica gel to make conductive silica gel sheet body comprising 55-75 pts. wt. methyl vinyl dimethicone, 20-40 pts. wt. silica, 5-8 pts. wt. hydroxy silicone oil and 1-2 pts. wt. conductive powder; and (2) a method for preparing silica gel electrode sheet, involving (i) mixing 55-75 pts. wt. methyl vinyl dimethicone, 20-40 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 5-8 pts. wt. hydroxy silicone oil, 1-2 pts. wt. acetylene carbon black or graphene powder, fully stirring and mixing in a rubber mixer for 30 minutes to obtain a rubber compound, (ii) injecting the rubber compound into a mold for compression molding, and simultaneously vulcanizing at a temperature of 200-250 degrees C for several minutes, and (iii) putting the silicone electrode sheet molded in step (ii) into a high temperature box for secondary vulcanization molding, and (iv) inspecting the silica gel electrode sheet after secondary vulcanization in step (iii), and rejecting defective products.
