NOVELTY - A graphene/onion-shaped fullerene composite solid lubricant comprises formed graphene and onion-shaped fullerene through polymer grafting agent. The ratio of graphene and onion-shaped fullerene is 1-20:1. USE - Graphene/onion-shaped fullerene composite solid lubricant. ADVANTAGE - The lubricant has good lipophilic character, dispersibility and stability, and increases lubricating property and anti-wear, anti-friction performance and anti-pole pressure performance of lubricating oil. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene/onion-shaped fullerene composite solid lubricant comprising mixing polymer grafting agent and dispersant, adding solvent, stirring to dissolve, adding dry graphene oxide powder, uniformly stirring to mixed mixture, heating to reflux to obtain black solid substance, washing, drying to obtain polymer graft graphene oxide powder, recording as G1, adding reduction agent, uniformly stirring and mixing, dropwise adding concentrated ammonia water, heating to reflux, washing, drying, recording as is 2, adding onion shape fullerenes with concentrated nitric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid mixed acid, uniformly stirring under room temperature, washing to neutral, drying to obtain pre-oxidation onion-shaped fullerene powder, recording as G3, mixing with G2, adding into diluted acid and sulfur, low temperature stirring and reacting, filtering, washing to neutral, and drying.
