NOVELTY - Manufacturing a graphene-coated heat dissipation filler comprises (S110) oxidizing the graphite powder by mixing an oxidizing solution, (S120) reducing the oxidation-treated graphite powder to a preset heat treatment temperature, (S130) dispersing the reduction-treated graphite powder in a solvent to prepare a graphene coating solution, and (S140) coating the powder of a material to be used as a filler using the graphene coating solution. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing graphene-coated heat dissipation filler. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-coated heat dissipation filler: has good electrical conductivity with insulation, and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-coated heat dissipation filler manufactured by the above mentioned method.
