NOVELTY - Polyurethane acrylate photo-curing antistatic material comprises 40-50 pts. wt. acrylate oligomers, 35-45 pts. wt. reactive diluent, 0.6-2 pts. wt. photoinitiator, 1-5 pts. wt. filler, 0.1-1 pts. wt. conductive additive, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. wetting and dispersing agent. The acrylate-based oligomer includes polyester polyurethane acrylate, aromatic polyurethane acrylate, and/or aliphatic polyurethane acrylate. USE - The antistatic material is useful in electronics industry and 3D printing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent performance, less sedimentation, good mechanical strength, excellent toughness, low electrical resistance, and can be stored for a long time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of polyurethane acrylate photo-curing antistatic material comprising (1) placing the aromatic polyurethane acrylate and/or polyester polyurethane acrylate oligomer and the conductive agent in a stirring device, and stirring at a uniform speed for 1-2 hours at 40-70degrees Celsius under the condition of 400-1000 revolutions/minute to obtain component A, (2) stirring the aliphatic polyurethane acrylate oligomer, reactive diluent, initiator, antifoaming agent, leveling agent, dispersant and filler at a constant speed for 1-2 hours under the condition of 600-1200 revolutions/minute at normal temperature to obtain component B, (3) mixing component and B component at normal temperature, stirring at a uniform speed for 1-2 hours under the condition of 600-1200 revolutions/minute, (4) placing the evenly stirred solution in a digital photo processing device for printing, and (5) cleaning the printed product and then post-curing.
