NOVELTY - Aqueous low voltage heating coating comprises 5-9 wt.% water, 10-14 wt.% polyurethane resin, 8-12 wt.% acrylic resin, 1-5 wt.% polyester resin, 14-18 wt.% polyethylene glycol, 0.5-3.5 wt.% cellulose, 16-20 wt.% graphene, 18-22 wt.% chopped carbon fiber, 3-7 wt.% carbon black, 0.5-3.5 wt.% crystalline flake graphite, 0.5-3.5 wt.% calcium carbonate, and 1-5 wt.% carbon nano tube. USE - Used as aqueous low voltage heating coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: is environmentally friendly, has heat resistance, crack resistance, good prevention of sparking phenomenon, stable coating performance, no sedimentation, no skinning and stable performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aqueous low voltage heating coating comprising (1) adding water, polyurethane resin, acrylic resin, polyester resin, polyethylene glycol and cellulose into reaction kettle, mixing and stirring, heating to 80 degrees C, stirring for 1 hour, and allowing to stand, (2) dispersing and stirring, adding calcium carbonate, carbon black and crystalline flake graphite to reaction kettle, and stirring by a disperser for 1/3 hours before being introducing into sand mill, and (3) after sand milling, grinding and stirring for 4 times, adding carbon nano tubes, chopped carbon fibers and graphene and stirring for 1 hour, and uniformly dispersing to obtain aqueous low-voltage heating coating.
