NOVELTY - Reinforcing agent is nickel-plated graphene and/or vanadium-plated graphene, and added to brazing filler metal at 2.5-4 wt.% of the total weight of the brazing filler material. USE - Reinforcing agent used for brazing filler metal for soldering high-nitrogen steel comprising 1.2-2.8 pts. wt. nitrogen, 51-65 pts. wt. iron, 24-29 pts. wt. chromium, 21-26 pts. wt. manganese, 5.2-6.5 pts. wt. molybdenum, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. carbon, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. silicon, 0.2-0.35 pts. wt. niobium, 0.05-0.06 pts. wt. aluminum,0.02-0.05 pts. wt. sulfur and 0.05-0.08 pts. wt. phosphorus (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The reinforcing agent optimizes the microstructure of brazing filler metal, enhances the joint strength of the brazing filler metal to the high-nitrogen steel, prolongs the service life of the high-nitrogen steel, and provides high-nitrogen steel base material, which hardly melts so that the nitrogen element is not lost, overcoming the short-hole defects of the conventional welding method, improving the strength and mechanical properties of the joint, and forming very good welding joint.
