NOVELTY - High-hardness gasket press forming technique, comprises: processing stainless steel sheet material into a round sheet, turning and roughening round sheets to obtain sheets of desired diameter and thickness; drawing a pre-pressing line on the round sheet material, then placing the round sheet material with drawn line on a working table of a punching device, then starting a punching device, and aligning a punching head to the pre-pressing line to punch and obtain the gasket blank; surface quenching the gasket blank, carburizing and nitriding, then using a grinding machine for processing the gasket blank to the corresponding required size, and passing the blank through flaw detection test; preparing composite gasket by heating and smelting graphene, diamond particles, iron wood fiber, composite aggregate particles and polymeric ceramic polymer, and aging to obtain composite gasket; and integrally adhering the gasket blank with the composite gasket by an adhesive, and pressing and forming. USE - The method is useful for setting rotating machine for driving an object to rotate. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes complete heat treatment of the gasket metal material to improve hardness of the gasket; combines the hardness of metal material and composite gasket to achieve large load bearing capability of the gasket; and enlarges gasket usage range making the gasket not only suitable for environment with requirement of low hardness gasket, but also for long-term rotary working abrasion extrusion of the rotary machine and the device for bearing the articles with heavy weight. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - High-hardness gasket press forming technique, comprises: (i) preparing round sheet material by selecting the corresponding stainless steel sheet material, processing the sheet material into a round sheet material using a processing equipment, turning and roughening round sheets using a turning device to obtain sheets of desired diameter and thickness, where during the turning and roughening process, the thickness of the round sheet material is left with a margin of 0.2-0.3 mm; (ii) pressing and forming the gasket blank by drawing a pre-pressing line on the round sheet material prepared in step (i) by a line drawing device, then placing the round sheet material with drawn line on a working table of a punching device, clamping by a clamp, then starting a punching device, and aligning a punching head to the pre-pressing line to punch and obtain the gasket blank; (iii) processing gasket blank by surface quenching the gasket blank obtained in step (ii), carburizing and nitriding, ensuring the hardness of the gasket blank is 78-91 hardness Rockwell C (HRC), then using a grinding machine for processing the gasket blank to the corresponding required size, and passing the blank through flaw detection test; (iv) preparing composite gasket by respectively weighing graphene, diamond particles, iron wood fiber, composite aggregate particles and polymeric ceramic polymer using a weighing device, then adding to a high-temperature induction furnace, heating and smelting at 200-300degrees Celsius for 50-60 minutes, cooling to 80-100degrees Celsius, adding flame retardant, mixing and stirring for 2-3 hours, discharging, adding into an aging furnace, and aging for 25-30 hours to obtain composite gasket; and (v) integrally adhering the gasket blank obtained in step (iii) with the composite gasket prepared in step (iv) by an adhesive, and pressing and forming at 3.5-5.5 MPa pressure using a pressing device.
