NOVELTY - The cover has an outer layer (1) and an inner layer (2) connected with a heating device (3). A gap is formed between the outer layer and the inner layer. The heating device is provided with a graphite heating bars (31) that are arranged at intervals. The graphite heating bar supplies power through a grapheme battery or a solar photovoltaic power generation device. The outer layer is made of heat insulation material. The inner layer is made of ventilating wearable fabric. The graphite heating bar bars are connected by a tensile wire (33) in parallel manner. Two groups of a Graphene common battery are respectively connected to the solar photovoltaic power generation device and an armored equipment generator. USE - Armored equipment cold protective cover. ADVANTAGE - The cover can pull a battle or training task so as to improve working environment of an occupant and improve combat effectiveness of the occupant, and can eliminate problems such as brittle cracking of armor equipment due to severe cold so as to reduce failure rate, thus improving integrity of armored equipment in cold regions.
