NOVELTY - A waterproof polyurethane coating comprises water-soluble polyurethane emulsion with solid content of 50%, petroleum asphalt, calcium chloride, 5C/9C copolymerized petroleum resin, high-alumina fine powder, humite, zirconium diboride, quartz crucible waste, graphene oxide, basic zirconium oxychloride octahydrate, kyanite tailings, ethyl acetate, dimethyldodecylamine, low-silicon copper tailings, blast furnace water quenching slag, barite and sodium methyl cocoyl taurate. USE - Waterproof polyurethane coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The waterproof polyurethane coating has excellent high-temperature resistance, weather resistance, mechanical property, corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A waterproof polyurethane coating comprises 120-160 pts. wt. water-soluble polyurethane emulsion with solid content of 50%, 15-25 pts. wt. petroleum asphalt, 12-18 pts. wt. calcium chloride, 5-10 pts. wt. 5C/9C copolymerized petroleum resin, 7-13 pts. wt. high-alumina fine powder, 6-9 pts. wt. humite, 4-8 pts. wt. zirconium diboride, 5-10 pts. wt. quartz crucible waste, 3-7 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 4-8 pts. wt. basic zirconium oxychloride octahydrate, 8-12 pts. wt. kyanite tailings, 55-65 pts. wt. ethyl acetate, 2-3 pts. wt. dimethyldodecylamine, 10-15 pts. wt. low-silicon copper tailings, 9-14 pts. wt. blast furnace water quenching slag, 4-7 pts. wt. barite, and 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. sodium methyl cocoyl taurate.
