NOVELTY - Graphene oxide, is claimed. The graphene oxide D80 is 50 nm. USE - The graphene oxide is useful as a photoelectric material, catalytic material, and semiconductor material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide can be stably dispersed in the polar solvent. The method improves the dispersibility and the buoyancy of the graphene, is simple, has high yield and is suitable for mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene oxide, comprising (i) using a graphite rod as an anode, an inert electrode as a cathode, and a tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane-hydrochloric acid as a buffer, performing electrolytic stripping under a constant voltage DC voltage to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion, preferably, the graphite oxide included in the olefin dispersion.
