▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing bifunctional catalyst involves (i) preparing a composite metal (M)/silicon dioxide of metal (M) and silicon dioxide carrier or loading metal (M) onto graphene oxide, (ii) mixing the metal (M)/silicon dioxide composite, an aluminum source, a phosphorus source, a microporous template agent and graphene oxide, grinding and placing in a hydrothermal kettle for crystallization reaction or mixing the silicon dioxide carrier, the aluminum source, the phosphorus source, the microporous template agent and graphene oxide loaded with the metal M to obtain a mixture and placing the mixture into the hydrothermal kettle for the crystallization reaction and (iii) washing the product after the crystallization reaction, drying and calcining to obtain the metal (M)/silicoaluminophosphate-11 (SAPO-11) bifunctional catalyst. USE - The method is useful for preparing a bifunctional catalyst used in hydroisomerization reaction of long-chain alkanes. ADVANTAGE - The method increases isomer yield up to 84% and provides the catalyst with improved catalytic activity compared with the catalyst without graphene oxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use of the metal (M)/SAPO-11 bifunctional catalyst in hydroisomerization reaction of long-chain alkanes.
