NOVELTY - Preparing highly conductive and internally continuous graphene hybrid film, comprises (i) firstly hybridizing graphene oxide with metal nanoparticles, and adjacing graphene oxide sheets cross-linked by metal nanoparticles to reduce the interface resistance between graphene oxide sheets; reusing chemical reduction or low-temperature heat treatment to pre-reduce the hybrid film to make it conductive; and (ii) thermally reducing the hybrid film at 800-2000 degrees C by electric heating, and the electrical conductivity of the reduced hybrid film is the same order of 105 S/m as the graphene film after ultra-high temperature graphitization. USE - The method is useful for preparing highly conductive and internally continuous graphene hybrid film. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces time cost, and solves size of hybrid membrane of size of high temperature furnace. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene oxide hybrid film containing metal ions can be prepared by a spin coating method or a coating method.
