▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A titanium aluminide (TiAl)-based self-lubricating composite material comprises TiAl alloy or trace element-doped TiAl alloy as substrate, and graphene nanosheet and tungsten sulfide (WS2)-containing hollow ball as reinforcing phase and lubricating phase. USE - TiAl-based self-lubricating composite material. ADVANTAGE - The TiAl-based self-lubricating composite material has high density, good mechanical property, and good anti-friction and anti-wear performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of TiAl-based self-lubricating composite material, comprising: (1) weighing each simple substance powder as substrate raw material according to predetermined mole ratio of elements contained in TiAl substrate; taking 0.5-1.5 wt.% (based on total weight of substrate raw material) graphene nanosheet and 2-5 wt.% (based on total weight of substrate raw material) WS2-containing hollow ball powder; mixing the substrate raw material, graphene nanosheet and WS2-containing hollow ball powder; (2) uniformly mixing to obtain sintering ingredient; and (3) subjecting the sintering ingredient into discharge plasma sintering to obtain TiAl-based self-lubricating composite material.
