NOVELTY - Preparation of titanium dioxide (TiO2) crystal/graphene nanocomposite comprises mixing graphene oxide and ethyl alcohol to form graphene oxide ethyl alcohol solution, vigorously stirring, adding organic titanate, adding in hydrothermal reaction kettle, heating for 12-24 hours at 100-180 degrees C, naturally cooling, filtering the suspension to obtain black solid material, washing until washing liquid is colorless, putting black solid material in drying tank, drying, obtaining black powder, sintering in inert gas atmosphere and obtaining the product. USE - Preparation of TiO2 crystal/graphene nanocomposite. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the prior art problem of difficult to control morphology of TiO2/graphene composite.
