NOVELTY - Reduced graphene oxide coated iron titanate composition catalytic material comprises particle diameter of 200-800 nm, thickness of 30-50 nm, hexagonal shape and surface-coated reduced graphene oxide has a thickness of 2-10 nm. USE - The reduced graphene oxide coated iron titanate composition catalytic material is useful for degrading organic pollutants in water by photo-Fenton (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The reduced graphene oxide coated iron titanate composition catalytic material overcomes the problem of having large particle diameter, has large surface active position and consumes less energy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing catalytic material, comprising dissolving titanium salt and iron salt in deionized water to obtain mixed aqueous solution of titanium salt and iron salt, dissolving morphology controlling agent in a mixed aqueous solution of titanium salt and iron salt, and adding precipitating agent to obtain titanium iron hydroxide precursor suspension, adding mixed aqueous solution of graphene oxide and urea to obtain a mixture, adding organic solvent, stirring uniformly, transferring into a hydrothermal kettle, reacting at 160-220 degrees C for 12-24 hours and washing and drying, where mixed solution comprises 1-10 mmol/l titanium element and amounts of titanium element and iron element are equal, morphology control agent is organic base, where ratio of organic base to deionized water is 1-50 mmol: 1 l, precipitating agent comprises aqueous caustic solution, ratio of caustic to titanium hydroxide precursor suspension is 100 mmol to 5 mol: 1 l, ratio of graphene oxide in mixed aqueous solution of graphene oxide and urea to mixture is 0.13-13 mmol: 1 l, and ratio of urea to mixture in mixed aqueous solution of graphene oxide and urea is 6-600 mmol: 1 l, and ratio of organic solvent to mixture is 3-6:10.
