NOVELTY - Manufacture of environmentally-friendly plastic involves mixing acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, modified basalt fibers, and activated alumina, adding the mixture to a twin-screw extruder, extruding, granulating 3 times to obtain a masterbatch, mixing the masterbatch and vinyl acetal resin in a reactor, reacting at 145-155 degrees C for 15-25 minutes, adding KH172 (RTM: vinyltri(2-methoxyethoxy)silane), epoxidized soybean oil, and methylpentanol, stirring for 25-35 minutes, cooling to 115-125 degrees C, adding modified inorganic filler and mudstone, stirring for 12-16 minutes, adding pre-processed graphene oxide powder, cooling to room temperature, stirring at rate of 175-185 rpm for 45-55 minutes to obtain a base material, supplying the base material into a twin-screw extruder, and extruding. USE - Manufacture of environmentally-friendly plastic. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of environmentally-friendly plastic with excellent mechanical property and usability.
