▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The grinder has a body (11) including a fluid path (12). A fluid inlet (14) is positioned at two ends of the fluid path. Multiple grinding blades (13) are spaced apart from each other and protruded from an inner circumferential surface of an inner side surface of the path toward a center. A fluid injection device coupling portion (15) is connected to an end of each fluid inlet and coupled to a fluid injecting device. The biocompatible polymer is agarose, alginic acid, chitosan, collagen, fibrin, gelatin, graphene, hyaluronic acid, hydroxyapatite, polycaprolactone (PCL), polylactic acid (PLA), DL-lactic-co-glycolic acid, and selected from the group consisting of L-lactic-co-glycolic acid, and pluronic. The physiologically active material is ascorbate 2-phosphate, 3-isobutyl-1-methylxanthine, insulin, glucocorticoids, dexamethasone and ascorbic acid. USE - Tissue grinder for producing bio-ink. ADVANTAGE - The grinder directly utilizes autologous cells for transplantation of patients by physically treating the tissue without chemical or biological treatment so as to mix different hydrogels with the pulverized adipose tissue to make desired concentration, develop injectable tissue specific injectable hydrogel and perform bio-printing application and structure production, 2D culture plate coating and electrospinning.
