NOVELTY - Carbon material comprises carbon hexagonal network surface as basic framework, where the boron element is doped to replace the carbon element, the content of boron element in carbon material is 0.005-15 mol.%, the content of boron element doped to replace the carbon element on surface of carbon material is X (mol%), and the content of boron element in carbon material is Y (mol%), and the carbon material has X/Y value of less than 0.8. USE - The carbon material is useful in conductive composition for forming conductive film and used in electricity storage device (all claimed) used in various electronic device, and used for manufacturing board wiring of electronic device or wiring for connecting electronic device, and used in semi-conductive applications such as antistatic applications and industrial application. ADVANTAGE - The carbon material has excellent conductivity, is lightweight and economical, and ensures longer life in various usage environments. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a conductive composition comprising carbon material, and at least binder resin and/or a solvent; and (2) an electricity storage device provided with electrode having mixture layer formed from conductive composition.
