▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Electromagnetic shielding graphene film with anti-bacterial property involves stirring and diluting the 1-Octadecanaminium, N,N-dimethyl-N-(3(trimethoxysilyl)propyl)-, chloride solution at room temperature to 1-5 wt.%, preparing mixed solution of 1-7 wt.%, ultrasonically mixing uniformly, stirring at room-temperature and reacting for more than 48 hours until the reaction is complete, using cellulose filter paper, filtering to obtain the modified graphene oxide film under the vacuum auxiliary environment, drying the graphene oxide thin film, peeling off from the cellulose filtration paper, soaking and reducing in the HI solution, using ethanol to clean the hydrogen iodic acid residue in the product obtained and drying it to obtain a final modified graphene film. USE - High-toughness electromagnetic shielding graphene film with anti-bacterial property, used in energy, catalysis, electromagnetic field, and in actual environment such as electromagnetic wave interference, bacterial erosion, acid-base tolerance. ADVANTAGE - The method provides high-toughness electromagnetic shielding graphene film with antibacterial property. The graphene film has good electromagnetic shielding performance (6.6x104 dB/cm) and solvent resistance. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the preparation process.
