▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of lithium sulfonate-substituted fluorinated graphene involves using fluorinated graphene and sulfur-containing element or compound, carrying out nucleophilic substitution reaction at high temperature, attaching sulfur to fluorinated graphene framework, oxidizing and neutralizing with alkali solution. USE - The method is useful for preparation of lithium sulfonate-substituted fluorinated graphene, which is useful in cathode in lithium-ion battery and lithium-sulfur battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of lithium sulfonate-substituted fluorinated graphene with high specific surface area of 50-200 m2/g in convenient manner. The lithium sulfonate-substituted fluorinated graphene provides excellent stability and cycle performance and prolonged service life to the lithium-ion battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) lithium sulfonate-substituted fluorinated graphene, which is partially substituted with lithium sulfonate group to form lithium sulfonate and fluorine-disubstituted graphene; (2) cathode, which comprises lithium sulfonate-substituted fluorinated graphene, which is applied to the surface of the cathode material to form lithium sulfonate-substituted fluorinated graphene layer with thickness of 5-100 mm; and (3) production of cathode, which involves formulating lithium sulfonate-substituted fluorinated graphene into slurry and applying to the surface of the cathode material to form lithium sulfonate-substituted fluorinated graphene layer.
