NOVELTY - A method for preparing heat-conducting coating of main cooling roller involves (S1) stirring epoxy resin, bentonite, zinc powder and an organic solvent, grinding, adding graphene, carbon nano tubes and concentrated sulfuric acid, reacting, adding carbon nanohorns, and continuously reacting to obtain a mixed solution, (S2) heating and reacting the mixed solution, transferring to a water bath, stirring until the reaction system changes from brown to bright yellow, stopping heating, cooling, adding graphite powder, and leaving to obtain a coating, (S3) preparing the coating, a curing agent and a diluent into a primer, and spraying the primer on the inner surface of the main cooling roller in a magnetron sputtering mode to form a primer layer, and (S4) preparing the coating, the curing agent and the diluent into a finish paint, and spraying the finish paint on the surface of the primer layer of the main cooling roller in a magnetron sputtering mode to form a finished coating layer. USE - The method is useful for preparing heat-conducting coating of main cooling roller (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method adopts the magnetron sputtering technology to prepare an aqueous epoxy zinc-rich composite coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A method for preparing heat-conducting coating of main cooling roller involves (S1) uniformly stirring epoxy resin, bentonite, zinc powder and an organic solvent, grinding, adding graphene, carbon nano tubes and concentrated sulfuric acid, reacting in an ice water bath for 20-40 minutes, adding carbon nanohorns, and continuously reacting in the ice water bath for 0.5-1.5 hours to obtain a mixed solution, (S2) heating and reacting the mixed solution at 30-40℃ for 20-40 minutes, transferring to a water bath at 90-100℃, stirring for reaction until the reaction system changes from brown to bright yellow, stopping heating, cooling the reaction solution to room temperature, adding graphite powder, and leaving to obtain a coating, (S3) preparing the coating, a curing agent and a diluent into a primer according to the mass ratio of 10:1:2, and spraying the primer on the inner surface of the main cooling roller in a magnetron sputtering mode to form a primer layer, and (S4) preparing the coating, the curing agent and the diluent into a finish paint according to the mass ratio of 7-8:1-1.5:0.5-2.5, and spraying the finish paint on the surface of the primer layer of the main cooling roller in a magnetron sputtering mode to form a finished coating layer, thereby preparing the heat-conducting coating. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: a heat-conducting coating of main cooling roller prepared by the above method; and a casting device comprising the heat-conducting coating of main cooling roller.
