▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Synergistic toughening ceramic material between graphene and nano zirconia involves forming a layer of graphene and nano zirconia into a uniformly dispersed graphene/nano-zirconia suspension, mixing the suspension with alumina powder, titanium carbonitride powder, sintering aid and stabilizer, followed by ball milling to obtain a mixture, after the mixture is dried, it is sieved, and the obtained target material is subjected to vacuum hot pressing sintering. USE - Synergistic toughening ceramic material between graphene and nano zirconia used in tool preparation (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to synergistic toughening ceramic material between graphene and nano zirconia is significantly improves the fracture toughness of the composite ceramics.
