▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene modified bulletproof stealth composite material, involves (S1) pretreating graphene with coupling agent containing reactive functional group on its surface, (S2) mixing graphene and carbon absorbing agent in a weight ratio of 99-90:1-10 at room temperature, adding organic solvent, mixing at power of 500 W and speed of 3000-4000 rpm, circulating and condensing, stirring for 20 minutes and mixing to obtain graphene compound absorbing agent, (S3) combining graphene composite absorbing agent with resin binder, dispersing evenly, (S4) placing the graphene modified resin adhesive in the glue tank, evenly spreading reinforced ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber on continuous line, setting drawing speed at 1-3 m/minute, impregnating with resin under strictly controlled conditions, then drying at 55-70 degrees C for 8-10 minutes, (S5) passing the prepared fiber composite material through a flat vulcanizing machine and hot press forming to obtain final product. USE - Method for preparing graphene modified bulletproof stealth composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene modified lightweight stealth composite material with excellent bullet proof performance.
