▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing anticorrosive and antistatic machine tool coating involves adding 15-17 pts. wt. graphene oxide to 5-7 times volume of absolute ethanol, sonicating for 10-12 minutes, adding 20-30 pts. wt. aluminum chloride solution and 3-5 pts. wt. alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether under sonication for 20-30 minutes. The 30-35% liquor ammonia is added in the reaction kettle at 160-165 degrees C for 15-18 hours, then cooled, filtered, washed, dried at 50-60 degrees C for 10-12 hours, calcined at 530-550 degrees C for 3-4 hours, and then ground. USE - Method for preparing anticorrosive and antistatic machine tool coatings. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare the anticorrosive and antistatic machine tool coatings that in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner, increases specific surface area of graphene oxide and porous properties, and enhances electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing anticorrosive and antistatic machine tool coating involves adding 15-17 pts. wt. graphene oxide to 5-7 times volume of absolute ethanol, sonicating for 10-12 minutes, adding 20-30 pts. wt. aluminum chloride solution and 3-5 pts. wt. alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether under sonication for 20-30 minutes. The 15-20 pts. wt. product is mixed with 40-45 pts. wt. acetone, and 15-20 pts. wt. acetone solution of epoxy resin E44 with stirring for 10-20 minutes, then cooled and centrifuged. The 15-20 pts. wt. obtained product, 40-50 pts. wt. polytetrahydrofuran diol, and 0.5-1 pts. wt. triethanolamine are heated at 102-103 degrees C with stirring for 40-50 minutes, and then mixed with 30-40 pts. wt. isophorone diisocyanate, 30-45 pts. wt. polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol, and 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. organotin catalyst are reacted at 70-76 degrees C for 2-3 hours. The 200-300 pts. wt. deionized water and 5-6 pts. wt. ethylene glycol are added with stirring at high-speed shear dispersion for 40-50 minutes to obtain anticorrosive and antistatic machine tool coatings.
