NOVELTY - An electroluminescent device comprises an electrode (20), an electrode (60), and a functional layer arranged between the electrodes. The functional layer includes at least two layers, in which one layer of the at least two layers is a light-emitting layer (40). At least two layers of the functional layer are doped with a photocrosslinking agent, and arranged adjacent to each other. USE - Electroluminescent device is used for photoelectric device (claimed) e.g. quantum-dot light emitting diode. ADVANTAGE - The high-efficiency flexible electroluminescent device has high interlayer adhesiveness between the functional layer and the light-emitting layer, reliability, stability and durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the electroluminescent device, which involves sequentially preparing at least two functional layers on the electrode (60) from bottom to top, and preparing electrode (20) on the functional layer.
