▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nitrogen-doped graphene/manganous ferrite nanocomposite material comprises base material of nitrogen-doped graphene and manganese iron. USE - Nitrogen-doped graphene/manganous ferrite nanocomposite material. ADVANTAGE - The nitrogen-doped graphene/manganous ferrite nanocomposite material reduced adulteration with doping of nitrogen atom, changes the graphene surface chemical property, and has improved electrochemical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing the above-mentioned nanocomposite material, which involves (a) uniformly dispersing the graphite oxide in anhydrous ethanol and subjecting the mixture to ultrasonic dispersion to obtain uniformly dispersed graphene oxide solution, (b) adding ferric nitrate and manganese nitrate to the mixture, uniformly stirring the mixture and completely dispersing the stirred mixture, (c) adding urea to the obtained mixture in a mass ratio of 100:1 to 200:1 and uniformly stirring and dispersing the mixture, (d) uniformly adding the mixture in hydro-thermal kettle and performing hydro-thermal reaction at 120-200 degrees C, and (e) centrifugally separating the reacted mixture and washing and drying the mixture.
