NOVELTY - A heat dissipation paint is prepared by (S10) inserting linear carbon nanomaterial between planar carbon nanomaterial layers to produce structure-linked carbon nanomaterial; (S20) adding and mixing solvent to carbon nanomaterial; (S30) 1st dispersing by adding dispersant to mixture of carbon nanomaterial and solvent; and (S40) 2nd dispersing the 1st dispersed mixture. Planar carbon nanomaterial is graphene or graphite, and linear carbon nanomaterial is carbon nanotube, carbon nanofiber, or carbon fiber. In step (S20), carbon nanomaterial is added in an amount of 0.1-30 wt.% relative to the solvent, and in step (S30), the dispersant is carbon nanomaterial. USE - Preparation of heat dissipation paint for heating element for furniture, such as table, chair, desk, sofa, and a bed (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - By manufacturing a structure-linked carbon nanomaterial to produce a heat dissipation paint, the electrical resistance is lower than that of the case where a heat dissipation paint is manufactured using graphene or carbon nanotubes alone, and the heating rate is faster, reducing power consumption. In addition, by grafting a heat dissipating body containing this heat dissipation paint to the furniture, when the indoor temperature is low or when the furniture is used outside, the temperature on a portion of the furniture that is in contact with the human body is increased in a short time, providing convenience to the user and being cold. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for heating element for furniture using a heat dissipation paint including carbon nanomaterials, comprising coating layer produced by applying the heat dissipation paint on base component having a wire hole processed to pass an electric wire connected to an external power source, where one surface of the base component has electrode and heat dissipation paint coating layer applied to the electrode to a certain thickness, where heating component to be attached is interposed between electrode and heat dissipation paint coating layer.
