NOVELTY - A self-cleaning coating comprises 90-110 parts mass aqueous polyurethane, 50-100 parts mass aqueous poly (perfluoroacrylate), 10-20 parts mass perfluoropolyether methanol, 1-10 parts mass monohydroxy silicone oil, 5-10 parts mass crosslinking agent, 1-10 parts mass conductive filler, 0.5-1 part mass emulsifier and 50-150 parts mass water. USE - Self-cleaning coating for preparing film material for decorative film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating is safe and friendly to aquatic organisms and water components, and can keep excellent self-cleaning effect outdoors for a long time. The method is simple, and no volatile organic compound (VOC) is discharged in the production process. The decorative film material has excellent antifouling, dustproof and self-cleaning performances. The method uses perfluoropolyether methanol as fluorinating agent, and side-chain alkane is grafted to aqueous polyurethane, so that the aqueous polyurethane is endowed with oil-proof and water-proof properties. The monohydroxy silicone oil is added, the silicon section of the monohydroxy silicone oil forms bending filling in the pores of the film material to form hydrophobic surface structure, and the surface tension is low, so that the pollutants are further prevented from accumulated on the surface of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of self-cleaning decorative film material, which involves adding emulsifier into water, stirring and dispersing, adding perfluoropolyether methanol and monohydroxy silicone oil under continuous stirring to obtain aqueous emulsion, mixing and stirring aqueous polyurethane and poly (perfluoroacrylate), adding aqueous emulsion, mixing, adding defoamer, matting agent, conductive filler and leveling agent, stirring, adding thickening agent to adjust viscosity to obtain slurry, adding crosslinking agent into the slurry, stirring to obtain coating, coating the coating on surface of a polymer base film to form antifouling and dustproof coating, drying, and rolling.
