NOVELTY - Preparing tungsten disulfide/graphene nano compound material comprises (i) taking carbon nano tube, adding 95-98% sulfuric acid, adding 85% phosphoric acid, dispersing evenly, ii) adding potassium permanganate into dispersion liquid, and stirring, (iii) heating at 60-80 degrees C, holding for 2-3 hours, continuously stirring, (iv) cooling, (v) washing, (vi) centrifugal drying, (vii) dispersing, (viii) dissolving, (ix) preparing hydrated hydrazine solution, (x) placing in a hydro-thermal kettle, carrying out organic solvent heat reaction. USE - The tungsten disulfide/graphene nano compound material is a high-performance electro-catalytic material, and is used in lithium ion battery and solar cell electrode material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing tungsten disulfide/graphene nano compound material comprises (i) taking carbon nano tube, adding 95-98% sulfuric acid, adding 85% phosphoric acid, dispersing evenly, stirring to obtain the dispersed product, (ii) adding potassium permanganate into dispersion liquid, and stirring, (iii) heating at 60-80 degrees C, holding for 2-3 hours, continuously stirring, (iv) taking the mixed solution, cooling to room temperature, pouring into ice water containing hydrogen peroxide, placing overnight, naturally precipitating, (v) washing the precipitate using hydrochloric acid solution, washing the alcohol/diethyl ether many times, (vi) centrifugal drying to obtain solid nano graphene oxide belt, (vii) taking nano graphene oxide belt in organic solvent and dispersing, ultrasonicating to obtain stable nano graphene oxide, (viii) generating sulfur using tungsten acid ammonium dissolved into graphene oxide nano belt, and dispersing, ultrasonicating, obtaining sulfur replacing tungsten acid ammonium/nano graphene oxide band dispersing, (ix) preparing hydrated hydrazine solution adding dropwise into sulfur generating mixed dispersion of tungsten acid ammonium and nano graphene oxide belt, ultrasonicating dispersing uniformly, (x) placing in a hydro-thermal kettle, carrying out organic solvent heat reaction at 220-260 degrees C for 10-24 hours, obtaining a black precipitate, washing with deionized water and ethyl alcohol repeatedly multiple times to obtain the product.
