NOVELTY - The method comprises preparing a composite material having a catalyst metal layer, weakening a bonding between sides of the catalyst metal layer using an etchant, providing an adhesive tape on a surface of a substrate, applying a direct current voltage to the catalyst metal layer to cause an electro chemical reaction, patterning the catalyst metal layer, forming a protective layer on a surface of the substrate, and removing the catalyst metal layer to obtain the graphene film. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing graphene film (claimed), which is useful for manufacturing a FET, a biosensor, a nanocomposite and a quantum device. ADVANTAGE - The method enables economic and rapid manufacture of the graphene film with improved flexibility, good impact resistance, and high transparency and conductivity.
