NOVELTY - Graphene-metal powder composite conductive heat-conducting plastic comprises 0.1-20 wt.% conductive filler, 77-99.8 wt.% main plastic portion and 0.1-3 wt.% coupling agent, where the conductive filler comprises mixture of metal powder and flaky graphene in a mass ratio of (1-15):(5-19). USE - As graphene-metal powder composite conductive heat-conducting plastic. ADVANTAGE - The plastic has excellent flexibility, ensures close contact with metal powder and base material, which is evenly distributed in plastic base material, enhances the conductivity, thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of plastic products, and builds excellent thermal conductivity and conductive network in plastic base material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the plastic, involving (a) preparing flaky graphene by mechanical method by dispersing expanded graphite and dispersant in water, performing dispersion treatment using high-speed dispersion machine, performing physical shearing and peeling process on dispersed solution using high-pressure homogenizer to obtain graphene sheet slurry, (b) adding the metal powder to graphene sheet slurry, performing dispersion treatment using high-speed dispersion machine, drying the obtained slurry or performing freeze drying treatment, and (c) mixing composite powder, coupling agent and plastic base material in mixer for 3-30 minutes, melting and extruding using a twin-screw extruder, and granulating in granulator after extrusion is completed to obtain metal powder/graphene composite heat-conducting conductive plastic, performing injection molding to form a product, and integrating the unified package.
