NOVELTY - A thermally conductive composite material contains 10-20 pts. wt. silicone resin, 10-20 pts. wt. branched chain silicone oil, 15-25 pts. wt. linear silicone oil, 1-10 pts. wt. antioxidant, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene, 5-15 pts. wt. thermally conductive metal nanofiber, 15-25 pts. wt. inorganic filler, and 15-25 pts. wt. 95% alumina ceramic fiber. USE - Thermally conductive composite material is useful for LED lamp. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent thermal conductivity, compressibility, gas permeability, mechanical and chemical stability, aging properties, heat resistance, temperature coefficient of viscosity and prolonged service life and low surface tension, and does not contain crack.
