NOVELTY - Graphene fabric preparation involves mixing 0.5-1 pts. wt. graphene oxide or graphene oxide derivatives, 0.01-0.5 pts. wt. anionic surfactants, 5-20 pts. wt. nitrogen-containing compounds and 5-10 pts. wt. water under ultrasonic reaction at 60 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours to obtain a uniform mixed solution. The mixed solution is exposed to ultraviolet light with a light intensity of 80-120 watts/cm and a wavelength of 365 nm for 5-20 minutes to cause graphene oxide or graphene oxide derivatives to undergo nitrogen doping reaction to obtain fully reacted mixed solution. The fabric is immersed into the fully reacted mixed solution at 10-50 degrees C for 0.2-2 hours, and then dried at 40-100 degrees C for 0.5-4 hours to obtain coverage oxidation graphene derivative fabrics. The fabric covered with graphene oxide derivatives is immersed in a reducing agent solution with a mass concentration of 0.1-1% for reduction at 50-100 degrees C for 0.5-6 hours, and then finally washed and dried to get the finished fabric.
